What is unlimited graphic design?
Unlimited graphic design is just that, brief in what you want when you want. All jobs scheduled in a queue – once one brief is marked as complete the next job in your line will be served, if you’re on our captain plan or higher you can have more jobs worked on concurrently.
is there a contract?
No, our plans are free to cancel, downgrade or upgrade at any time. If you cancel your plan will end at the end of the current billing cycle.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, we offer a no crap money-back guarantee, with unlimited revisions on every order we’ll keep working with you until you have a masterpiece. For whatever reason, we fail to impress. We offer a money-back guarantee.
what are your turn around times?
We work within a 2-business day timeline for initial concepts and within 1 business day for revisions. Some jobs can take longer depending on the brief but we’ll notify you once your job has been accepted and a designer has been assigned to your task.
