Performance Marketer

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketer with expertise in Lead Generation for Service Based Businesses (Tradies/Handyman/Builders/Construction Industries ) via Google Paid Ads & Meta Ads with expected skills in keyword research, competitor analysis, A/B testing, conversion tracking and optimisation and basic skills to do landing page edits to help conversions. 

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools like Google Keyword Planner, Google Ads editor,Meta Ads Manager, Google  Tag Manager and Basic WordPress editing skills (specifically websites built on Elementor).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Conduct keyword research and planning using tools like Google Keyword Planner to identify relevant keywords and optimize website content.
  • Optimize landing pages on WordPress websites built on Elementor to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Create andManage Google Ads campaigns, You have hands on experience in but not limited to campaign strategy for lead generation, MaxClick , Max conversions, Manual CPC,  Performance max,  including the use of Google Ads Editor for efficient campaign management and optimization.
  • You know how to improve ad rank by working on landing page, ads copy, keywords used and more…
  • Implement conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager to track events and calls, analyze user behavior, and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually optimize digital marketing efforts and drive results.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on keyword research, landing page optimization, Google Ads, and conversion tracking.
  • Proficiency in using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Spyfu, Adalysis, Optimizr (or similar), WordPress (Elementor), Google Ads Editor, and Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
