You are a creative thinker with a passion for delivering thoughtful and engaging digital experiences. You have a strong eye for design and a knack for bringing concepts to life through intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. Beyond UI/UX, you also enjoy working on diverse design projects and are comfortable supporting with tasks like branding, marketing, and presentations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop user-centric UI/UX solutions for websites, mobile apps, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and translate them into innovative, compelling visual concepts.
• Create high-quality, responsive web designs and ensure optimization for performance across all devices.
• Work closely with the development team to implement design concepts using tools like Figma.
• Stay current with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to produce fresh, forward-thinking work.
• Bonus: Provide general design support for logos, presentations, and marketing materials using tools like Canva and Freepik.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a UI Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing digital design and branding work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Webflow.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, and responsive design for multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Webflow (training will be provided via SOPs).
