JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and flexible Virtual Assistant to provide marketing, administrative, and business development support. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, be creative, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. You will assist with various marketing activities, project/admin tasks, and help in business development efforts. The role has the potential to evolve, with opportunities to take on more responsibilities and working hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Support:
- Create and schedule LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google My Business posts.
- Open and manage a TikTok account, recycling Instagram content.
- Write and publish blog posts for the company website.
- Assist in creating website landing pages.
- Design and distribute email newsletters.
- Design flyers for direct mail drops.
- Bonus: Manage SEO and Google Ads campaigns.
Project & Admin Support:
- Request quotes from suppliers and track responses.
- Contact suppliers to check sample stock and assist in planning showroom visits.
- Input data for the design FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) schedule.
- Monitor and manage the company email inbox.
Business Development Support:
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of a digital product library
Requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to take initiative.
- Highly organized, with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to assist with various tasks as needed.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with SEO and Google Ads is an advantage.
