Recruitment TERMS & CONDITIONS

Sourcing Timeline: We’ll start immediately and keep you updated on our progress. We’ll aim to close your requirement within 10-18 days more or less. More specific timelines will be discussed in our (RAC) Recruitment Alignment Call meeting.

Communication: We’ll maintain open communication, share candidate profiles, schedule interviews, and address any questions or concerns via email & Slack channels.

Client Input: Your input is vital to us. We encourage your active involvement in the selection process and welcome your feedback to ensure the best match for your organization.

Terms: The fee structure and terms have been discussed and will be formalized when we successfully onboard someone.

Fees: Recruitment is free of charge for all new positions. Fees may apply if you decide to pause this engagement & re-open the requisition again at a later stage.
