What is unlimited creative?
Unlimited creatives is just that, brief in what you want when you want. From graphic design to podcast editing, all jobs are scheduled in a queue – once one brief is marked as complete the next job in your line will be served.
What is an active request?
A request is considered a ‘brief’ or ‘job’. For example, if you briefed in a suite of social assets, this would be one request.
Depending on your plan, we either work on one (Light Breeze), two requests (Storm) or four requests (Cyclone) at one time.
E.g. If you brief five requests, the first 1-2 requests will be worked on simultaneously. Once one request is marked as complete, the next request briefed in your queue will begin.
is there a contract?
No, our plans are free to cancel, downgrade or upgrade at any time. If you cancel your plan will end at the end of the current billing cycle.
what are your turn around times?
We work within a 2-business day timeline for initial concepts and within 1 business day for revisions. Some jobs can take longer depending on the brief but we’ll notify you once your job has been accepted and a designer has been assigned to your task.
How does the 7-Day Free Trial Work?

Do you offer custom packages?
Yes, we get not everyone’s needs are the same. Email info@55knots.com.au to discuss your requirements, and we can tailor a package for you.
Do you offer discounts if I pay in advance?
Yes, we do. We offer 5% off quarterly, 10% off biannually and 15% off on annual plans. You can find these options at the checkout.
