So on Saturday mornings before I get into a day of life chores, I like to hit the Bay Run which is a nice 7km walk around various bays that are sandwhiched between, Drummoyne, Russell Lea, Rozelle, Lilyfield, Haberfield and Five Dock.
It’s a beautiful scenic walk/run, and I’ve marked a certain location on the map that is exactly 5,000 steps for my stride so once I hit this spot I know I can turn around and walk back to hit my 10k minimum step goal for the day.
On the way back this morning, the sun was peaking over the back of these kayaks creating a deep green with these stunning kayak reflections shimmering in the water. It was certainly the vibrancy of the colours that I was attracted to in this photo today.
