Our client,  is a growing strategic marketing consultancy and implementation provider, offering hands-on advice and support for clients, specialising in eCommerce and digital marketing. The team is looking for a reliable and highly motivated Graphic Designer x Virtual Assistant to support their Social Media, Design, and Customer Service tasks.

  • Social Media Management: 
    • Schedule posts and manage content calendars using Meta Business Suite.
  • Graphic Design:
    • Develop captivating and visually appealing designs across various platforms, including logos, brochures, social media graphics, website elements, and more
    • Collaborate closely with our director and customers to bring concepts to life and meet project requirements
    • Create designs that align with clients’ requirements and effectively communicate their messages to target audiences
    • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design deliverables
    • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within deadlines
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques, bringing fresh ideas to the table
  • Customer Service:
    • Regularly perform administrative and customer service tasks such as order management, answering customer questions, email management, and minor coordination paperwork. 



  • MUST have advanced skills with Adobe Suite, especially InDesign & Illustrator, and Canva
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills to effectively correspond with the team and clients.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexibly across different time zones, primarily focusing on Australian and USA business hours. We will also work with you to find hours that suit your lifestyle and family commitments. Starting in a part-time capacity, but with the ability to possibly expand to a full-time role for the right person.

Good to Have

  • Familiarity and experience using Shopify and Gorgias (Customer Service Platform)
