Our client, a leading preventive physiotherapy professional in NSW Australia, is seeking a skilled and results-driven Paid Ads & SEO Specialist to join their dynamic marketing team. As a Paid Ads & SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective paid advertising strategies across various platforms, with a primary focus on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing successful paid campaigns, a deep understanding of advertising platforms, and the ability to drive measurable results.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and collaborating within an agile design team, this role demands excellent communication, patience, and autonomy, all while prioritizing the company’s interests. You’ll closely partner with the Managing Director, contributing to digital marketing campaigns and optimizing paid media channels to drive growth.



Paid Advertising Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand business objectives, target audience, and key messaging to tailor ad campaigns accordingly.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and rankings.


Campaign Management and Optimization:

  • Set up, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns with a focus on driving relevant traffic, leads, and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance regularly, analyzing key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Implement ongoing optimization strategies, including ad creative testing, bidding adjustments, and targeting refinements, to improve campaign performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Stay updated on platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure campaigns are optimized for success.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website content and structure for search engines.


Tracking and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to track and measure the effectiveness of paid advertising campaigns.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign strategy and budget allocation.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SEO best practices.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on SEO performance.


Experimentation and Innovation:

  • Continuously test new ad formats, targeting options, and optimization techniques to stay ahead of the curve and drive innovation in paid advertising.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion into new advertising channels or platforms to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Share insights and learnings with the team and contribute to the overall improvement of the company’s digital marketing efforts.



  • Proven experience in managing successful paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc. and Search Engine Optimization
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Google Ads certification and/or Facebook Blueprint certification is a plus.
