One of our clients, a leading web design and development agency in Australia, is currently seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be at the forefront of our agency’s digital marketing efforts, driving brand awareness and engagement across multiple social media platforms. As a Social Media Manager, you will be dedicated to pushing the boundaries of advertising and delivering unparalleled value for our organization. You should have a strong understanding of social media presence and management. 


  • Campaign Management:
    • Contributes to the marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire clients through value led approaches.
    • Plan and execute targeted campaigns to promote company initiatives.
    • Utilize various social media advertising tools to maximize reach and engagement.
    • Develops social media marketing plans and programs for each product and directs promotional support.
    • Creates new strategies for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources.
  • Social Media Content Creation:
    • Develop engaging and industry-relevant content for Social Media posts.
    • Collaborate with relevant teams to gather insights and updates for sharing on the platform.
    • Develop value-led content for the managing directors LinkedIn profile, as a personal brand for the business.
    • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s branding and messaging.
  • Engagement and Interaction:
    • Foster meaningful connections with industry professionals, potential clients, and partners.
    • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms.
    • Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs.
    • Monitor and participate in relevant discussions and groups to increase brand visibility.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on social media activities.
    • Use analytics to assess the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Copywriting
    • Develop clear and concise copy that effectively communicates the brand’s message and resonates with our target audience.
    • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.






  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager
  • Previous experience working in a Creative/Marketing Agency
  • Previous immersion with Australian Culture and/or familiarity with Australian Demographic
  • Strong command in English.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in social media marketing.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for engaging content.
  • Good track record in Sales and Marketing
  • A friendly yet professional demeanor
  • Strong attention to details for accuracy and exceptional proof-reading skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stable internet connection and reliable back-up connection.
  • Laptop should have at least 8GB RAM.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or any related field.
