One of our clients, a hidden restaurant gem in Greenville, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading the conceptualization and execution of visual design projects. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of creative expertise, a keen eye for detail, and a strategic mindset to contribute to our brand’s visual identity and communication goals.

ABOUT YOU

Reporting to the Owner & Founder and working within an agile design team, this job requires outstanding communication and patience with the ability to think and act on one’s own—all while keeping the client’s (and company’s) best interest at heart!


You will work closely with the Owner & collaborate in the design process. Oversee design project workflows, schedule, and communicate with the Social Media team as needed. Manage the day-to-day operations of the team to ensure timely deliverables are met. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIEs

Must-Have

  • MUST have advanced skills with Adobe Suite, especially InDesign & Illustrator
  • Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Exceptional ability in typography, illustration, layout, and prototyping
  • Strong branding and design experience
  • Expertise in creating print-ready files in both Illustrator and InDesign including measurements and bleeds
  • Strong creative vision with attention to business objectives and ability to generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
  • Good PC skills, especially MS Excel and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. Can thrive in a VUCA environment. 
  • Proficient in Google Workspace / Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & other design-related tools.

Nice-to-have

  • Ability to design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
  • Experience with creating branding style guides
  • Experience using Canva

    requirementS

    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline
    • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design
