We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Marketer to join our team. As a senior member of our marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, developing, and executing video content strategies that elevate our clients’ brands and drive engagement.



  • Lead the development and implementation of video content marketing strategies that align with client objectives and brand identity.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique storytelling needs and develop creative concepts for video content that effectively communicates their message.
  • Oversee the production process from concept to completion, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, and editing.
  • Work closely with our creative team to ensure that video content is visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with industry trends.
  • Optimize video content for distribution across various channels, including social media platforms, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics and insights to continuously refine video content strategies and improve audience engagement and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in video marketing, incorporating innovative techniques to enhance the effectiveness of our campaigns.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the organization.


  • Proven experience in video content marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of video production processes, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, and editing.
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to create compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and feedback to clients and team members.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform video content strategies and optimize performance.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor and inspire junior team members to achieve their full potential.
