ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a creative video editor to transform our raw footage into shorts, reels, and stories for Instagram & Facebook. Eventually, we aim for this individual to ascend from editing short videos to handling the entire editing process for our YouTube channel.
RESPONSIBILITIEs
- Edit raw footage into engaging shorts, reels, and stories for Instagram & Facebook.
- Eventually transition to editing full-length YouTube videos.
- Collaborate closely with the team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure all edited content aligns with the company’s brand voice and messaging.
- Meet deadlines for delivering completed short-form content by end of day each Thursday.
requirementS
- Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in creating content for social media platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and comedic timing.
- Ability to balance entertainment with informative content.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Experience with retention editing techniques to keep viewers engaged.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
