Twelve years in corporate creative.
I started in design and creative roles, worked my way up, and finished as Creative Director at eBay. Big titles, big budgets, big teams. Made work for brands that lived on billboards and in airline magazines.
It was a great education. I learned how brands work at scale, how to brief, how to lead creative teams, how to ship under pressure. I also learned that the work was never really mine. It was the brand's, the boss's, the client's. I wanted to build something that was mine.
