Good creative operators are hard to find. Good creative operators at Philippines rates are harder still. We have been building and hiring our own team there for seven years, so when brands and studios ask us to help them do the same, we usually can.

We introduce brands, studios and in-house teams to the creative operators we already know from our network in the Philippines. Editors, designers, motion, illustrators, producers and photographers. Full-time, retainer or project basis. Whatever the shape of the role, we can usually find someone for it.
This is not a recruitment agency. We do not run a database of resumes we are trying to place. We have a network of people we have either worked with directly or trained inside 55 Knots, and we know who is good, who is available and who fits which kind of brief.
We introduce, you interview, you hire the person directly onto your books. One-off placement fee. No ongoing involvement from us unless you want it.
You want ongoing creative capacity without the HR overhead. The operator sits with us on paper, works to your brief, invoices monthly. We handle the operational side. You get the output.
You want to try someone before you commit to full-time. Three-month trial period through us, then transition to direct hire if it works. If it does not, we find you someone else.
Because we have been doing this for our own studio for seven years, and we know how to spot the difference between a great portfolio and a great operator. Two very different things.
Because Philippines hiring done badly is a nightmare of time zones, contracts, currency, cultural fit and tax structure. We have solved those problems already, so you do not have to.
Because we are not a recruitment firm. We do not have quotas, shortlists or a fee structure that pushes us to place the wrong person. If we do not have the right operator for your brief, we will tell you and point you somewhere useful.
Book a call, or email the role you are looking to fill and we will come back with a shortlist.
