BoltinBen is a personal brand in the running and hybrid-athlete space. When the account came to 55 Knots, it had 600 followers, minimal reach, and no content system. Posts were visually decent but structurally random — nothing was built to perform.

In eight months, the account scaled to 36,000 highly engaged followers, delivered reels reaching 4.5 million views, and produced multiple posts hitting as high as 18 million organic views. This was not luck. It was a system built and iterated every week.
